Chimney Leak Led To Roof Replacement In Louisville, Kentucky | Pro Restoration Plus

We were called to this customer's house in Louisville, KY, for a roof inspection and an estimate for a complete replacement. The homeowner had an active leak around the chimney flashing and had a deteriorating brick on the chimney. During our inspection, we noticed that the chimney flashing was installed incorrectly and that the roofing system desperately needed to be replaced. We were able to diagnose/repair the chimney flashing, repair the damaged brick from water intrusion, repair a damaged rafter, and complete a full roof replacement.
